Point pas si plein / Not so full stitch

Cette article s'intitule "point pas si plein" car il est question d'une variation du point tunisien plein. Je n'ai pas trouvé de nom officiel pour ce point. Nous l'appellerons le point tunisien plein modifié (PTPl mod). Juste pour rester dans la même logique que les autres points de base modifiés.
Quelle est cette logique? Un point de base (simple, tricot, plein...) qui inclut de piquer le crochet dans la chaînette horizontale entre les barres verticales est qualifié de "modifié".
This post is called "not so full stitch" because it shows how to work the Tunisian full stitch in a slightly different way. I have not found any official standard name for this stitch. So let's call it the modified Tunisian full stitch (mod TFS).
The idea for this name is to keep the same logical approach as for other modified stitches. What's this approach? A common, basic stitch (simple, knit, full...) that is worked by inserting the hook in the horizontal chain in addition to the usual way it is built is called "modified".

I love to take pictures. But for the mod TFS I made an exception. It seems easier and clearer to make a video that shows where to insert the hook before working a yarn over and pulling up a loop. A very short video...

 Insérez le crochet sous les 2 brins supérieurs de la chaînette horizontale uniquement, au lieu de l'insérer sous la chaînette complètement.
Insert your hook under the 2 top strands of the horizontal chain instead of inserting it completely under the chain.

Les mailles étant relevées entre les mailles du rang précédent, l'ouvrage partira en biais

1. vers la droite si la première maille est montée systématiquement entre la maille lisière et la maille suivante.
1. to the right if the first stitch is systematically picked up between the edge stitch and the next stitch.

2. vers la gauche si la première maille est montée systématiquement entre les deux mailles après la maille lisière.
2. to the left if the first stitch is systematically picked up between the 2 stitches after the edge stitch.


Dernière chose pour aujourd'hui: le PTPl modifié s'enroulera moins sur lui-même que le PTPl non modifié.
One last thing for today: the mod TFS will not curl as much as the non-modified TFS.
