Le point plein (PTPl) se réalise en insérant le crochet entre 2 barres verticales sous la chaînette de retour.
The Tunisian full stitch (TFS) is made by inserting the hook between 2 vertical bars, under the horizontal chain.
Parce que les mailles d'un rang sont montées entre les mailles du rang précédent, l'ouvrage montera en biais si tous les rangs sont exécutés de la même manière.
Because stitches are picked up in between the stitches from the previous row, if you work all rows the same way, your piece will grow leaning towards one side or the other.
1. Si vous commencez chaque rang en insérant le crochet entre la maille lisière et la barre verticale suivante, l'ouvrage ira vers la droite.
1. If you start each row by inserting your hook between the edge stitch and the next vertical bar, your work will lean to the right.
2. Si vous commencez chaque rang en insérant le crochet entre les barres verticales après la maille lisière, l'ouvrage ira vers la gauche.
2. If you start each row by inserting your hook between the next 2 vertical bars after the edge stitch, your work will lean to the left.
Et inversement pour les gauchers. And the other way round for left-handed persons.
Pour monter un ouvrage tout droit, il faut alterner les rangs 1 et 2. Les lisières ne seront pas tout à fait droites, mais l'ensemble ne partira ni vers la droite, ni vers la gauche.
To get a straight shape, you need to alternate rows 1 et 2. The edges will not be straight lines, but the whole piece will not lean to the right or to the left.

Ah, et j'allais oublier... Le point plein est original, il donne des effets spectaculaires avec des laines qui changent de couleurs, mais... il s'enroule sur lui-même. Quel que soit le calibre du crochet, les premiers rangs vont "roulotter".
Oh, I almost forgot... The full stitch is nice and gives spectacular results with color changing yarns, but... it gives a dreadful curling to the work. No matter how large you select your hook, the first rows will always curl.
